Jordan Dorrington smashes a new Galaga World Record with 20,980,450

After a heartbreaking game just a week or so prior, Jordan Dorrington has crushed the galaga Marathon world record by over 3.2m points!!
This is the highest verified Galaga score on any settings, fast or slow fire.

Amazingly Jordan ALSO broke the 5-man Tournament record too with a score of 9,546,530 Kreygasm
This included a massive run of approx 7m on his 4th and 5th ships. Incredible!!

Breaking not one but two records in the same game. One of the greatest CAG accomplishments of our era :)

Yeah 20 million is definitely legend status.  Extremely epic!  Looking at his hit rate he's definitely a practitioner of JSS, Just Survive Silly. Because when it comes down to it, it's not about the fancy hit rate it's about the high score.
Yeah, and getting two records in the same game is amazing. Five man is a different mind set than marathon.
So congrats Jordan! It's been amazing to watch the new guns absolutely kill it from Barra to Thompson to Armando to now Jordan.

Jordan's hmr is usually well over 90% I guess not doing some bonus stage's might have changed that. I know he let Louie out a couple time lol during the challenge stage.But his other games have been off the chart. Lol I was surprised to see 70% and I think it was 4 records not 2. Most on 1 run. 5 man, marathon, and FF marathon,

If I remember correctly the shots fired and number of hits both roll at 65536 in which case it would be 91102 / 101774 = 89.5%
