Title: My most common deaths, and how I hope to fix them

Below is an album of my most common deaths in this game.  All of these either happened in my PB game or a great death pace game I have the other night.

I'm posting this here in the hopes that it might help others improve their playing styles.  Feel free to post similar pictures with your common deaths and how to fix them.

This is a great idea! It'd actually be cool if we could put together some sort of catalogue of deaths and maybe rank them by how much of a blunder they were. Maybe have a scale like this:

Yeah I agree that it would be cool.  Most of my deaths I would say are a 6 or 7 as they aren't complete fails, as it was a bad situation to begin with, but it was still preventible.

A similar idea, discussed briefly a while back, is a topic where players could post highlight videos of their common (and not so common) deaths.  It might serve as a "What should I have done?" thread, helping newer players avoid and/or survive the typical problem areas.  For more experienced players, it could encourage an exchange of ideas on how to handle an unusual or rare situation (sort of a "You make the call" feature).

A good example was posted by Dave more than a year ago.  A seemingly routine barrel board transition is quickly upgraded to "code red":
