As a fellow newbie, I am not sure what is going on.  For some reason, the actual download links aren't obvious, and I am not sure why.  Probably for legal reasons or to discourage people just coming and downloading the files directly.  It would really help if there was a FAQ or a link explaining *why* this is being done, but I can't find it.

It's worth noting that you also need dkong and dkongx to run this puppy
