Title: Unusual Suspects

Please respond in a single post with as many of the games they are from as you can identify. I will respond to each set of guesses with the number that are correct (but not which ones are which <thefinger>). You may guess again, but only after I have responded to your previous set of guesses.

PLEASE DO NOT EDIT POSTS. Guesses in edited posts will be disregarded.

For the first person to correctly identify all 12 games in a single post I have a DK Forum t-shirt:

If nobody gets all 12 in a single post by midnight US EDT Wednesday night, the shirt will go to whoever got the most in a single post, ties broken by earlier post winning. If the winner already has a DK Forum shirt from one of these challenges, we may work something else out at his or her (yeah, right) option.

Who started calling it Warped Warp? Warp & Warp originally from Namco, then just Warp Warp under license to Rock-Ola. But yeah, apart from that all 12 are correct.
