Title: Help me with my Webcam!

I have no clue what the problem is but my webcam video looks super garbled.  I even tried getting a new webcam, and I still have the same garbled image.  What do I need to do to eliminate this?  It's looks like someone had a major acid trip it's so bad to be honest with you.

Lower your bit rate.

Exactly try lowering your bitrate and/or screen size. Also what framerate are you streaming at? I dont think it can keep up...

OK, I'll do that.  I first tried installing the program for the new webcam, but it's still does the garbled picture from time to time.

Have you tried capturing directly to your PC without streaming?  Try that first to confirm a direct capture is good.
