Arkansas Kong Klash 4, This Saturday!

Every six months or so, Z82 Retrocade in Sherwood, Arkansas hosts the Kong Klash, a tournament that invites Donkey Kong players of all skill levels to compete for the title of champion with a grand prize trophy.

This Saturday, Z82 will be hosting the fourth Kong Klash featuring two divisions: Beginner and Expert.  The Beginner Division is for players who average less than 200k, whereas the Expert division is 250k average and above.  Nearly a dozen players will be competing in the Beginner Division this year.
Starting around 3PM Central Time, we will be livestreaming our Expert Division featuring: Wes Copeland, Jon McCourt, and Britt Cagnina from three Donkey Kong cabinets at our arcade.

The rules of the tournament are simple: player with the highest score after three credits wins. Each player will play one credit on each arcade cabinet.

Man that is awesome!  Too bad I moved from Arkansas to Arizona last February.  The arcade is 5 minutes from where I used to live.  I can't wait to check it out when I visit in December.

Britt Cagnina due to illness will not be able to compete in the Kong Klash 4.

Sorry for the delay but players in the beginner division really played well this year.
