I'm creating this for my own records and accountability. After AKO3 I came to the realisation I really want to improve my game and well, you have to practice to get anywhere.
I currently sit with a PB of 330400. I'd like to play a kill screen game at some point in the near future. I play on WolfMAME with a USB four way stick setup. I'm currently restoring an old lowboy cabinet which I hope to stream some games on as well.

I have watched the DK barrel training videos a number of times and am currently going through the big ass manual as well. I've been scanning through the forums and have found some great threads as well.

Over the next coming weeks I'll post averages of my weekly grinds and links to games. If anyone is interested in giving me some hints and tips I would very much appreciate it. Also any links forwarded to me of streams/videos of board running to a KS would be much appreciated.

I've stopped taking in depth notes on my scores and averagese etc.

However this weekend was awesome. Got two PBs on my new cab. Feel like I'm noticing things in the game that I hadn't before. Not only where there PBs but there were a lot more games sitting in the 200s and high 100s score mark.

Highlights: New PB of 398600 and starting to consistently hit over 300k.

With help and advice from other Kong players in Australia (thanks Matt) I’m starting to get up and above the 300k mark more often. One game I had lost 3 men by the end of lvl 4 with a score of around 84k but managed to smash 200k on one man. Hoping to get to a point where I can do shit like that 2+ men in a game.

I haven't posted in my blog for awhile so I thought I would.

Well I've cracked the 500k mark twice now and gotten over halfway three times in the past few weeks (including the 500k games). Feeling pretty good about my game play but there are still things to get on top of. Going to practice pie factory on my MAME save states over the next few weeks to pick some things up. This seems to be a sore point in my game play.

Got some goodies come from Mike's Arcade as well.
